Randy was born and raised in Iowa. He graduated from Oklahoma Christian University with a degree in Business Administration and minors in Pre-law and Bible. Randy married his college sweetheart Judy in 1984. They have two daughters. Randy pastored several churches in Oklahoma in the 1990's and helped start Four Winds Church in 2002. In 2004, Randy left his General Manager position with Cintas Corp and was installed as Administration and Youth Pastor at Four Winds Church. In July 2012, Randy was affirmed as Pastor of FWC. Randy's heart for service is summed up in James 1:27: "Pure and undefiled religion before God is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world"
